Affiliation Fees- affiliation fees will remain the same as last year ie. clubs mto pay £40 per club and £5 per member. Coaches, Boxers and Officials.
*affiliation fees to be paid by 1st september 2017 for Clubs and Officials
*Boxers affiliation fees to be paid on registration, if this is not
paid the Boxers card will not be sent out.
*Bounced Cheques There have been a number of bounced cheques this again this season, so it was agreed that ;
* A £15 administration fee automatically charged to the offending club for
each bounced Cheque.
Southern Counties is also running a pre-season workshop (already advertized) which will take place on Monday 3rd July at Bognor Tennis Club, Nyewood Lane, Bognor Regis, West Sussex.

The Southern Counties AGM will be on Sunday 2nd July at the K2 Centre Crawley, starting at 12.30pm. The Executive Meeting will start at 10.00am and finish at 12.00pm .
